the staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. they booked our reservations and provided clear directions, complete with a map. our room overlooked the pool and featured beautiful furnishings. delicious sweet treats surprised us upon arrival. breakfast had extensive choices including an egg station where omelettes were made.
the hotel felt a little tired. i noticed some wear on the furniture and that the spa and corridors could use some refurbishment.

the hotel is central and allows for easy walks to different parts of the city. this made exploring the attractions quite convenient, especially the vibrant Medina neighbourhood. the area around the hotel is notably clean with no litter.

breakfast offered a lot of options. i saw cereals, fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses, and breads. the egg station prepared custom omelettes. i could eat breakfast on the outside terrace or indoors.

Really good stay in a beautiful location

This was my first experience in this area. The hotel is central, so you can easily walk to different parts of the city. The concierge team was helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings (i appreciated this so much). All staff members I encountered provided really good service. I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone.

The suite was well organized and generously sized. It included welcome sweets and flowers, a very nice touch. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the terrace .

Breakfast had plenty of choices including cereals, fruits, yogurts, meats, and cheese. An egg station offered made-to-order omelettes. The restaurant provided good quality food, and the cook let me test his new creation.

Check-in and checkout were seamless, and I experienced friendly service throughout the hotel. A very nice tour guide was organized on short notice for me.
